Blackwell

The Village of Blackwell comes under the jurisdiction of Lickey Parish Council and is close to the village of Barnt Green.

The area has two Churches St Catherines and the Methodist Church and one shop which used to be the Post Office.

There is a Campsite and Activity Centre.

This was purchased in the late 1960's by a Local Millionaire, which is used today by many schools, scouts, guides, voluntary youth groups as well as Corporate Companies.

There is also a very well established Golf Club within the village.

Which since the 90's has played host as a regional qualifying course for the Open on six occasions.
