What can I say but thank you for making mu 40 th birthday an evening to remember

You organised the evening wonderfully the service hospitality the waiters all whom I don't seem to remember from before were absolutely great needed for nothing helpful great advice and cobra readily available
The food was fresh tasty flavoursome and each of the dishes were unique a had actually different flavours unlike most restaurant were they all taste the same

The birthday cake was just brilliant

Nice location and decor, shame about the service. The attitude of some of the waiters was dreadful. Dishes were almost thrown onto the table, and then they grabbed the dishes before asking if we had finished. Odd as the place wasn't crowded. It was obvious the waiters didn't want to be there. We will not be going there again.

Saturday 9th July 2011. My wife and I visited the restaurant, as we had previously eaten there and had a very good meal, so we decided as it was our anniversary we would treat ourselves again. What a waste of time! We were greeted by staff who had quite clearly had some kind of altercation amongst themselves earlier in the evening. One waiter sporting a black eye and another giving each of the other waiters "dead eyes" for the duration of the meal and this was also accompanied by very obvious arguing and jostling between them. It was very clear that from the moment we were seated we were nothing more than just another hinderance to their night. A "slap dash" approach would probably best sum up our service with food literally being plonked in front of us and drinks being splilled as they were put down on the table without even a hint of an apology!
The only reason we did not leave to find somewhere more welcoming is that the food was actually quite nice! This could have been so much better had it not been for the poor performance from the staff. Won't be hurrying back there for a while.

Restaurant was busy when we arrived hadnt booked
Staff were more than helpful food was fresh tasty and flavoursome
And Well presented

We had a bottle of winę that they forgot to charge us for once i mentioned it they insisted we Have the winę courtesy of the restaurant fantastic customer services

We visited Blue Ginger this evening, it has always has been one of our favourite venues but were extremely disappointed with the service.

We were three women dining out on a saturday evening but must have been invisible to your staff ! We were not acknowledged or approached by the Manager at all during the evening.

We asked all the waiters several times, first time being while eating our starters and then during our meal for a jug of water, this eventually came with the coffee.

Food which had previously been outstanding we would tonight describe as below average. Finally we were short changed, we assume they took their own tip as we certainly would not leave one!

Needless to say it Blue Ginger will not be on our list in the future !

Takes a lot to impress me and wow was I impressed. Food was delicious and could not be faulted.

I was also impressed with the battered chilli's served with the popadoms.

I will definately be recommending this place. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

This really takes the Indian cuisine to a new level and this reflects previous comments in that it feels like you have dined out.

Wow we were impressed and will be dining at Blue Ginger Belbroughton again soon.

Use to Visit the Bridgnorth blue ginger regurly but unfortunately they managers/ waiters whom don't no when to leave the table and let us enjoy our meal

Bellbroughton blue Ginger is a gem

Cannot believe how beautiful the restaurant was

Offered the menu but opted to try the buffet
absolutely brilliant clean fresh well presented and food was spicy and flavoursome hot and tasty

but this has to be one of the best indian
restaurants around for miles

Worse Indian ever experienced. The whole meal had little or no flavour, it all tasted like it had been boiled in the bag with a few knobs of meat added after the fact.
The menu reads like a book!, how on earth can the kitchen cook so many different dishes?? the taste speaks for itself, all from one communal pot!
Not sure where the previous customers usually dine? but I am sorry I do not share their opinion. Total waste of money!

Nice decor & setting, shame about the food! Total embarrassment to proper Indian cuisine.

Indian restaurants are far and few between as we have been to a fair few

Reviews comments are a matter of personal opinion

One mans champagne is another s vinegar

The blue Ginger of belbroughton on the a491 definitely is one of the best

The staff the menu the personal level of service Is excellent
Food is fresh tasty and flavoursome

Everyone I have recommended has always enjoyed it and been looked after by Alan and staff

Food is excellent fresh tasty well presented good portions and the brilliant incentive kids can eat free is fantastic.

Also been to their Sunday lunch buffet from midday till late fantastic and
Brilliant choice for all a must value for money too at £7.95

After looking at this indian delight situated in the beautiful rural surroundings of Belbrougton, we decided to finally dine at this little gem...and we were not disappointed! On arrival, we were met with the most courteous and friendly staff who accommodated us immediately. The interior design was somewhat contemporary, with superb relaxed lighting and fresh stylish decor. The service was quick, immediate and expert which married excellently with an unintimidating atmosphere....An atmosphere of ambience...Now the food...Only can be said it was cooked to the highest quality. You could taste every spice, ingredient and thought that went into every superbly arranged dish. We chose the buffet option, in hope of trying new dishes we could tease our taste buds with. A selection of curry dishes, vegetable starters and a delightful salad made our mouth water. Naan breads free at request along with chapati...brilliant. Drinking with a very competitive price of wine, we washed our palletes with it at every opportunity to make sure we did not miss out on every single possible taste from what was probably the best indian restaurant we have eaten in. Along with a very very good price for exquisite food and great service, we could not believe the experience we had here. Blue Ginger...you are worthy of your five stars and more. We will definately be seeing you again very very soon...

Sunday Buffet

I thought that I would let everyone know that I have found a gem.

They serve a Sunday buffet from midday till ten in the evening priced at £ 7.95 children under ten £ 3.95 and children under five are free.

Great value for money and the selection is fresh with great flavour. Usually consists of 8 courses starters Meat and Vegetable and a choice of different Meat, Chicken and Vegetarian options that are prepared and presented with Chutney Pickles, Spicy Carrots, Spicy Cabbage and choice of Nans, Chapati, and Paratha.

if you don't find or see your favourite dishes or fancy something a little spicy or milder just mention it to the front of house waiters they just cant do enough and without charging you.

I just cant believe how they do it. Great food, unrivaled service an excellent Sunday treat.

Not your average local balti house.

Style and substance a fantastic combination. A credit to the area.
