A fantastic place

I read about this place before I went to visit, and they had the highest recommendations. Winning the best curry award two years on the trott is something.

I had to go out and find out about myself...and...I was very pleasantly surprised, staff were friendly and you can hold a polite yet friendly chat, as we tucked into our pappodoms we looked through the menus...

When our food arrived it look good we really enjoyed the food and now I know why they won the awards..

Don't take my word for it go try yourself..friends have said they are busy weekends so advisable to book I guess

I've been here a couple of times over the years, its not changed that much. It can be cheaper as the place isn't licenced so you can/have to take your own drink however the food is slightly dearer than some of the other places in the town so its not quite as cheap as it seems.

I've always found the food OK, nothing that would make me want to go back but perfectly edible. Though they did have a phase of cheap, stringy chicken which wasn't very nice at all. Service is always okay and the atmosphere is about average too - its all very open and overlit.

It regularly wins a 'local' best curry award as it seems to be the only business that pays to enter every year. They've been in the town a few years though so much be doing something right.

Tremendous Service & food as Always!

As a regular I have found this place as second nature from walking out the pub and walking in to a friendly environment where the meals are great!

Slightly annoyed last sat tho as my curry seemed to lack the flavour I usually know of.

As my local i find this restaurant very good with service and hospitality when looking after the diners. yet the food lacks the special zing, which i am sure any curry lover would know.

overall good establishment.

Been there a few times, but standards have been going down, but my today is my last visit, service was below par and the food tasted like it came out of a can. I am not Indian and I can cook a better curry. If anyone thinking of visiting, think again

Good food if only better prices

Sorry but I think the prices represented are too dear I paid close to 70 quid for a meal that would have cost far less if I had opted for one of the other Indian places.
